What file formats do you accept? ▸
We accept .STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP, .IGS, and .SLDPRT. For CNC machining we also accept .DXF and .DWG. If you have a different format, send it over and we'll see what we can do.
How long does a print take? ▸
Timeline depends on part size, complexity, and material. Small prototypes can ship in 24-48 hours. Larger or technical parts take 3-7 days. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you request a quote.
Do you ship across Morocco? ▸
Yes! We ship to all major cities including Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Fes, and anywhere else in Morocco. Shipping costs depend on size and weight.
What's the minimum order quantity? ▸
There's no minimum — we take orders from single parts to production runs. One prototype or a hundred units, we can handle it.
Can you help me design my part? ▸
Absolutely. We offer 3D modeling services if you have sketches, photos, or just an idea. Select '3D Modeling Service' in the quote form and describe what you need.
What payment methods do you accept? ▸
We accept bank transfers and mobile payment. Contact us via WhatsApp for the most convenient option.
